What is The Smile Giver?+
A parent-booked online experience where a child spends structured, positive time talking, playing games and connecting with the Smile Giver.
Who is it for?+
Kids aged 6–14 who would enjoy more positive connection, conversation and fun.
How long are sessions?+
Private sessions are 45 minutes. Groups are 60 minutes.
What happens during a session?+
Conversation, games, trivia, hobbies, storytelling, creative challenges and plenty of encouragement.
Is The Smile Giver therapy?+
No. It is connection, encouragement and structured fun — not therapy, counseling or medical care.
How do parents book?+
Choose a session, pick a real available time, add your child's details, consent and pay. About three minutes.
Can I reschedule?+
Yes, from your bookings, any time before the session starts.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Cancellations follow the policy shown at checkout.
How many children are in a group?+
Up to 10 children per group.
How does video work?+
Sessions run in a secure third-party video room with a waiting room and host controls. Kids cannot privately message each other.
What safety procedures are used?+
Parent-controlled accounts, consent, clear boundaries, moderated groups and no off-platform contact. Full details in the Safety Center.
Can my child contact the Smile Giver outside sessions?+
No. All contact happens inside booked sessions.
What happens if my child says something concerning?+
We follow a defined escalation procedure involving the parent or guardian and appropriate crisis resources. We never promise children absolute confidentiality.
How is information protected?+
We collect the minimum necessary, keep child profiles private, and never record by default.
